Care
Machine wash cold, inside out, with similar colours. Use a mild detergent and tumble dry on low or hang to dry.
Do not iron directly over the printed artwork. Do not dry clean. Avoid chlorine bleach.

Preparing your order
Most products are made to order. Please allow 1–5 business days for processing before dispatch, unless the product listing gives a different timeframe. Shipping time is additional to processing time.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the products in your order and your delivery address. You’ll see the shipping charge and currency before completing your purchase.
Any applicable free-shipping offer or shipping discount will be reflected at checkout.
Estimated delivery times
As a guide, standard delivery after dispatch usually takes:

Tracking and separate parcels
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
Items in the same order may be dispatched separately, depending on the products and fulfilment locations.
Your delivery address
Please check your delivery address carefully before purchasing. If you notice an error, email me as soon as possible. I’ll help where I can, although address changes may not be possible once an order has been dispatched.
International orders
Your country may charge import duties, taxes or customs handling fees. Where these are not collected at checkout, customs or the carrier may request payment before delivery.
Delayed, missing or damaged orders
If your parcel is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, please email craigmichaeldesign0@gmail.com with your order number. I’ll follow up and help resolve the problem.
If your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, I’ll arrange a refund in accordance with the Returns & Refunds Policy.
